Centennial Arena

The Centennial Arena is the official home of your Elliot Lake Wildcats. The arena was built in 1968 by a volunteer committee made up of dedicated community members. The first game held in the arena took place December 18th, 1986 between the Espanola Eagles and Sudbury Wolves. Centennial Arena has a long history of Junior Hockey housing the Elliot Lake Vikings (later known as the Elliot Lake Ice from ’97-’99) throughout the late ’60s to the late ’90s.

The Centennial Arena has a seating capacity of 2,000 with the seating area featuring overhead heaters. The lobby of the arena features a canteen as well as standing room to view the ice. Washrooms on-site are wheelchair accessible. The Centennial Arena is also home to the Elliot Lake Skating Club and Elliot Lake Minior Hockey Association
